Following DA approval, we coordinate with a qualified private certifier and manage all required documentation to obtain the Construction Certificate—your official green light to commence the building project.
4. Build
With all approvals in place, construction begins. Our skilled team manages your project with transparency, quality control, and regular updates to ensure everything progresses on time and to the highest standard.
5. Handover
At completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough and hand over your finished building project. You’ll receive all keys, documentation, and warranties – ready for the next chapter.
